Top five lists – Benefits of being unemployed

  1. No alarm clock blaring in your ear at ungodly hours (any time that you are forced awake is an ungodly hour).
  2. No EMF from computers, cellphones and other electronic gadgets – being in an office setting means that the bad rays are more concentrated
  3. Time to get on with life. Ever wondered what it would be like hitting the mall at 10 in the morning on a weekday? Its heaven!
  4. You can choose the people that you interact with everyday. Unfortunately like family, you cannot pick ur colleagues. So you are forced to chat to them everyday; you have to say hello and even ask for their opinions on things.
  5. No admin. No deadlines, no late nights at a desk, no stress from projects, no worries about other people’s money..

I found a new fav song.. i love it so much i think i am in danger of killing it slowly. Its the lyrics, the beat, the gentle piano that builds up at the second verse and the deeper cutting cello all put together that hooked me. Its Apologise - OneRepublic

"I'm holding on your rope
Got me ten feet off the ground
And I'm hearing what you say
But I just can't make a sound
You tell me that you need me
Then you go and cut me down
But wait...
You tell me that you're sorry
Didn't think I'd turn around and say..

That it's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, it's too late

I'd take another chance, take a fall, take a shot for you
And I need you like a heart needs a beat
(But that's nothing new)
Yeah yeah

I loved you with a fire red, now it's turning blue
And you say
Sorry like the angel heaven let me think was you
But I'm afraid

It's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, it's too late
Woahooo woah

It's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, yeah yeah
I said it's too late to apologize, a yeah

I'm holding on your rope
Got me ten feet off the ground"
